How it works
From a new client to money in the till: four steps Trenly takes with you.
Add a client and their prices
Contacts, goals, injuries and restrictions. A separate price for each format: personal, split, group or online, or your defaults.
- The client pays you as usual, and you log the top-up

The bot reminds, the client replies
Send the link or QR code from the client’s card. The client taps “Start” in @trenlybot, and from then on the bot reminds them a day and two hours ahead.

Trenly is a CRM app for personal trainers on iPhone. It keeps your client records, training schedule, each client’s payment balance, monthly expenses and finances, measurements and progress photos. Clients get session reminders in the @trenlybot Telegram bot and reply with buttons.
Who is Trenly for?
For a trainer who works solo and has 5–40 clients: personal sessions, splits, groups and online. If your clients, payments and schedule are scattered across notes, spreadsheets and chats, Trenly brings them into one app.
Who can see my clients’ data?
Only you. The data is stored in a data center in the EU (Frankfurt) and access is limited to your account. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising. See the privacy policy for details.
Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Your client only needs Telegram: they open your link or QR code, tap “Start” in the @trenlybot bot and start receiving reminders.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Trenly. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The free trial is cancelled the same way, with no charge.
What happens to my data if my subscription ends?
Your data stays. The app opens in view-only mode, so you can’t change anything, and the bot stops sending reminders to your clients. Renew the subscription and everything works as before.
Does Trenly accept payments from clients?
No, the app only keeps records. You get paid the way you always do, and you log the top-up in Trenly.
Does it work offline?
Yes, for everyday work: marking sessions as done, creating and rescheduling sessions, adding clients, prices and measurements. Changes wait in a queue and sync when you’re back online. Balance top-ups, session series and photos need an internet connection.
How do I contact support?
In the app: Settings → Support. Describe your question and attach a screenshot, and the reply will arrive in the same place. Or email [email protected].
How do I delete my account and all my data?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Deleting your data by email is described on a separate page.
When will the Android version be available?
The Android app is being prepared for release on Google Play. Once it’s published, the price there will be 499 ₴ per month or 3,990 ₴ per year, also with 7 days free.
