Trenly1. The service
Trenly (formerly CoachCRM) is an app for personal trainers: schedule, records of clients, sessions, payments and balances, measurements and progress, statistics, and client reminders through the Telegram bot @trenlybot. The service is provided by FOP Мємєтов Арсен Ділявєрович, a sole proprietor in Ukraine (“we”). By using the app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Trenly only keeps records. The app does not accept payments from your clients and does not transfer money.
2. The trainer’s responsibility
The trainer is responsible for the client data they enter into the service and for having clients’ consent to process it: for health notes, progress photos and Telegram messages. For the data of their clients, the trainer is the controller of personal data, and we process it on their behalf.
The trainer is responsible for the accuracy of the schedule, prices, payments and balances they enter. Do not use the service for spam, illegal content or access to other people’s data.
3. Subscription and trial
Trenly works by subscription only; there is no free plan. There are two plans: “Month” and “Year”. Each starts with 7 free days, if the store offers you a trial.
- The subscription is purchased, paid, renewed and cancelled through the App Store or Google Play under the store’s rules. We do not receive your card data.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
- Approximate prices: App Store — $10.99 per month or $99.99 per year (the App Store bills in Ukraine in US dollars); Google Play — 499 ₴ per month or 3,990 ₴ per year (the Android app is being prepared for release on Google Play; these prices will apply after publication). The final price and currency are those the store shows before purchase.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.
- One store subscription applies to one Trenly account.
- We verify purchases directly on Apple and Google servers.
4. When the subscription has ended
Your data is kept. The app works in view-only mode: to change anything, you need to renew the subscription. The Telegram bot sends no reminders to your clients and does not tell them about the state of your subscription. Support, notification settings and account deletion remain available without a subscription.
5. Demo mode
“Try without signing up” opens a temporary account with sample data for 24 hours. The demo data is fictional and can be changed. When the demo ends, the account is deleted automatically. Data from the demo cannot be moved to your account.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from outages, lost income or errors in data entered by the user. Telegram messages and push notifications depend on third-party services and may be delayed. The service is not medical or financial advice.
7. Account
You can delete your account at any time: instructions. Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription; you need to cancel it separately. We may restrict access if these terms are violated.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the change at the top.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We try to resolve all disputes through negotiation: write to [email protected]. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is considered in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
“Invite a colleague” program
The program lets you earn free Trenly time for a fellow trainer who becomes a paying user. The reward is free Trenly subscription time only: there is no money, payouts or any other bonuses.
- How much. You get 14 days of Trenly if the invited colleague takes a monthly subscription, and 30 days if a yearly one. Rewards add up. The maximum is 180 days per year.
- Who counts. Only new trainers: those who have never paid for Trenly, never had access granted by an administrator, did not create an account again, and were not invited before. The invite code must be entered in the app: “Settings → I have an invite code” or during sign-up.
- When it is granted. After the colleague’s first real payment (the trial does not count) plus another 14 days of waiting. If the colleague gets a refund, the reward is cancelled.
- App Store. The reward is activated with the “Claim bonus” button in the app. It takes effect from the next subscription charge.
- Google Play. The next payment is postponed automatically.
- Changes. We may change the terms of the program or stop it. Rewards already earned will be kept.
