How to delete your account

A document of the Trenly service, an app for personal trainers. Last updated: 27 October 2026. This is a translation of the Ukrainian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

Option 1. In the app

  1. Open the “Finances” tab and tap the settings icon at the top.
  2. In the “Account” section, choose “Delete account”.
  3. Confirm: enter your password or, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the word “delete”.
  4. Tap “Delete account permanently”.

An internet connection is required. A subscription is not required.

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, otherwise the store will keep charging you.

Option 2. By email

Send an email to [email protected] from the address the account is registered with.

What is deleted

Everything: profile, clients, schedule, sessions, payments and balances, prices, expenses, notes, measurements, progress photos, support requests with attachments, Telegram links (clients will stop receiving reminders). If you signed in with Apple, we revoke Trenly’s access to your Apple ID.

Timeframe

In the app, the account, data and files are deleted immediately once you confirm the deletion. We process a request by email within 30 days.

What remains

  • Records of subscription purchases in the App Store or Google Play (purchase identifier, status and dates), with no link to the account. Records of ended subscriptions are deleted 180 days after the last change.
  • A service record of the deletion itself: the date and an irreversible hash of the identifier, without email or name.
  • Anonymized Firebase Analytics events, without name, email or client data.

Demo account

The demo is deleted automatically after 24 hours. To delete it sooner, open Settings and tap “Exit demo” in the “Account” section.
